1. ICT based Teaching Learning System.
This project will connect 2154 colleges of NU and will introduce ICT based teaching learning
system in college level.
2. Development of Integrated Software.
This integrated software will make the university paperless and green. It will also make the
university digital and ICT based.
3. Prepared academic calendar till 2018.
To make the university session jam free, pioneered the implementation of an advanced academic
calendar which is prepared using scientific method.
4. Upgraded Curriculum for all the subjects.
To improve quality of education curriculum for all the subjects of the university have been
upgraded to meet the world class.
5. All admission processes through online.
All admission processes of the National University are being done using online platform to
make it transparent and strictly merit based.
6. Digitally signed admit and registration card.
Registration and admit card of the 2.1 million students are being given with digital signature.
7. Online base script management system.
Highly innovative system which will replace the OMR based examination system.

withholding the project for the greater interest of Bangladesh.

level negotiating skills as different stakeholders from different industries have representation in
the committee.

Flexibility and Capacity to focus on priorities
As a Pro-Vice-Chancellor of National University addressed the priority sector development needed to make the university session jam free and ICT based. Currently implementing several projects related to the aforementioned. Led several critical committees related to regulation of university matters which
required highest flexibility to converge to any decision. In the end successfully upgraded a number of academic, administrative, financial and affiliation related regulations.

Research
Experience in leading a large team of students and administrative officials, responsible for performing research and financial matters of the project, submitting final research report and project completion report to respective funding organization in time and collecting fund and negotiating with the funding agencies.
